I'm one of those people that veers off in seemingly random directions depending on what I find interesting. I have several things near and dear to me though: Equality, LGBT issues, environmental issues, movie and television entertainment, novel and script writing, and music. You'll find a lot of rambling and links about all of the above here.

Film Review - "Ciao" (2008)
Title: Ciao (2008)
Watched: June 2010
Own DVD?: No
My Rating: 9/10 stars
Review: Ciao is definitely not for everyone, both in its content and in its art house style. But I I found this to be a heartwrenchingly beautiful and subtle film.
And done!
Okay, perfectionist me has been futzing entirely too long today with the colors/layout of this here blog. At this point I think I like it. We'll see. I'm hoping it doesn't make people want to dig their eyes out with a dull spork. I really really need to learn CSS. It would make my life so much easier.
I'm off to rotate the laundry and try and get my head back in my script. Funny how doing something mundane like laundry gives your mind time to wander and create. I'm hoping mine will wander into a way to build a plausible month-long romantic relationship in a relatively short amount of script. Hmmmm...

Look at all the SHINY!
So I'd been debating about starting a formal blog. I mean really, I'm a hermit with no friends- who's gonna care what I have to say? But then I realized that maybe this isn't necessarily about other people, it's about me and I'm just as important as the next person. So here I am with this shiny new blog. Not a clue where it's going to go or where it's going to take me. But we'll see!

Oh, and kids? Play nice in my sandbox. Peace and love and tolerance are my rules. There's nothing wrong with disagreeing and having opposing viewpoints but be respectful. There are real people on the other end of those seemingly random screennames, granted some of them may not exactly pass the Turning test, but still, I insist that everyone be treated with respect here.
